MOSSA Strength Train Together® is a results-driven group fitness class that combines traditional strength training with functional movement patterns to help participants build total-body strength and improve everyday performance. Using adjustable barbells, weight plates, bodyweight exercises, and motivating music, this dynamic workout challenges all major muscle groups while accommodating a variety of fitness levels. Each class is led by encouraging instructors who guide participants through safe and effective movements designed to maximize results.

One of the greatest benefits of MOSSA is its ability to improve strength, balance, coordination, and overall functional fitness in a supportive group setting. Participants benefit from expert coaching, structured workouts, and progressive training techniques that help build confidence while reducing the guesswork often associated with strength training.
