GRITTY AND GRACE

Gritty & Grace is a unique fitness experience that combines strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, mobility work, and balance-focused movements into one comprehensive workout. This class challenges participants through upper- and lower-body exercises while incorporating cardio intervals that keep the heart rate elevated and energy levels high. Inspired by elements of yoga and functional training, Gritty & Grace delivers a balanced workout that focuses on total-body wellness.

Participants enjoy the benefits of improved muscular strength, enhanced cardiovascular fitness, increased flexibility, and better overall mobility. The combination of resistance training and movement-based exercises helps support everyday activities while promoting better posture, balance, and functional fitness. Whether your goal is to build strength, improve endurance, or increase flexibility, Gritty & Grace offers a well-rounded approach to achieving better health.
