Our Association has a rich heritage and you have joined forces with a distinguished group of persons, both past and present, who want to ensure the community moral development of the Uniontown Area Y.M.C.A for the generations that follow.
The YOUNG MEN'S CHRISTIAN ASSOCIATION of Uniontown is a non-profit corporation chartered on June 12, 1888. In 1921, the Gallatin Avenue building was opened. It served the community well. We left that structure in 1984 with our membership totaling 859 people. Our existing facility is located on 9.8 acres of property donated by USX, and 2.1 acres of land purchased in 2000 . In 1991, we completed Project Pool with special contributions by the Eberly Family Trust and Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Eberly. Our membership has hit the highest point in history at 3469 members.

With all that has been accomplished through time and money donated by concerned individuals like yourselves, the Community should be proud of their Y.M.C.A.
